In the late 20’s, four jewish men came to Israel from South Africa.
On one of the hills they bought, surrounded by citrus orchards, they built the colonial style villa, radiating the influence of the new immigrants.
The house and the luscious garden around it were used as a ceremony, vacation, and hospitality. The guests were usually jewish nobility, artists and settlement pioneers, among them - Haim Nahman Bialik, Shmaryahu Levin, Yehoshua Hankin, Menahem Ussishkin, Israel Rokach and more.
The years passed, and the house was abandoned and inhabited again and again.
70 years has passed since it was built and until it was restored by us in 1992.
We tried our best to keep the style and the spirit of the period, and add some mediterranean aspects.
Just like in it’s first days, the villa is now open for any kind of event and invites you to celebrate your life’s happy moments with a natural and pastoral view and an unusual ambience.
In winter, the indoor garden will provide a warm and comfortable experience, for up to 600 guests.
In autumn, you will be able to enjoy the views of plowed fields, the scent and beauty of wild flowers and the fresh air.
In summer, the events occur under open skies, viewing the gorgeous village.
In order to keep the happiness and fun of every event, the hall doesn’t limit the event closing time (except for events that take place on Fridays noon - we have to finish those before Shabbat).
The team will be happy to give you warm and personal service through all the process of your event’s production and execution, and will assist with any issue to insure you and your guests get the best experience possible.
